FAQs

When will I receive the wines?

Once every 2 months. For 2024's schedule, the expected delivery dates will be end of March, May, July, September and November 2024.

We will notify you on the exact dates closer to home.

What happens if no one is at home to receive the wine?

Our in-house delivery service can safely leave your wine at your doorstep if you're not home or prefer a contactless delivery.

Rest assured that we will inform you about your delivery in advance. For any specific requests, feel free to contact us at any time.

How and when will my Credit Card be charged?

Your credit card will be conveniently charged once every two months. The first charge will occur on checkout. The 2nd and subsequent ones will be on the 15th of every 2 months. In our case, March, May, July, September, etc. This ensures a seamless and consistent billing cycle, allowing you to enjoy our curated wine selections without any hassle.

Your credit card information is stored securely with Stripe, our Payment Platform, that employs advanced encryption and security protocols to protect your information.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time after receiving your second subscription delivery. Additionally, you have the option to pause your subscription for up to 6 months following your second delivery.
